1. Sand down frame guards to create a surface for the paint to stick to
2. Apply adhesive promoter, this helps the paint stick to the plastics as well and stay on
3. Apply 3 coats of automotive-grade and color-changing paint
4. Apply 3 coats of ultra-glossy clear coat which makes the paint not chip
