These Terms of Service govern your use of 44tints.com and purchases from 44 Tints. By using the site or placing an order, you agree to these terms and the policies linked below.

44 Tints operates from San Rafael, California, United States. Contact us at support@44tints.com.

2. Eligibility and account information

You must be able to enter into a binding agreement where you live. You are responsible for providing current, complete, and accurate account, billing, shipping, and payment information and for safeguarding any account credentials.

3. Products, fitment, and information

We make reasonable efforts to describe products accurately. Images, colors, and finishes can appear differently because of lighting, screen settings, and production variation. The selected product name, color or finish name, fitment, size, and options shown in the order confirmation control the order.

Aftermarket parts can require specialized tools, knowledge, adjustment, or professional installation. You are responsible for confirming compatibility with your exact bike and configuration before ordering and for following all product instructions and applicable safety requirements.

4. Orders and acceptance

An order confirmation acknowledges that we received your order; it does not guarantee acceptance. We may refuse or cancel an order for suspected fraud, pricing or inventory errors, unavailable products, payment problems, shipping restrictions, or other legitimate business reasons. If we cancel a paid order, we will refund the cancelled amount.

Contact us immediately to request an order change or cancellation. Orders cannot be changed or cancelled after fulfillment, sourcing, customization, or production has started.

5. Prices, payment, and taxes

Prices are shown in the currency displayed at checkout and may change without notice. Applicable taxes, shipping charges, discounts, and the final order total are shown before payment. You authorize us and our payment providers to charge the payment method submitted for the order.

6. Shipping and delivery

Dispatch schedules, carrier timing, address responsibilities, and delivery issues are governed by our Shipping Policy. Delivery dates are estimates unless expressly guaranteed in writing.

7. Returns and refunds

Eligible return requests must be made within 14 calendar days after delivery. Approved standard returns are subject to a $9.99 flat return-shipping fee and a 25% restocking fee. 8. Acceptable use

You may not use the site to violate law, infringe intellectual-property rights, transmit malicious code, interfere with security or operation, scrape or harvest information without authorization, submit false information, or engage in fraudulent or abusive conduct. We may restrict access when reasonably necessary to protect the site, customers, or our business.

9. Intellectual property

The site and its original content, branding, graphics, photographs, and design are owned by or licensed to 44 Tints. You may use the site for personal shopping and informational purposes. No other license is granted. Third-party trademarks remain the property of their respective owners.

10. Third-party services and links

The site may use or link to services operated by Shopify, payment providers, carriers, suppliers, social platforms, and other third parties. Their services are governed by their own terms and privacy practices. We are not responsible for third-party websites or services outside our control.

11. Safety and lawful use

You are responsible for safe installation, maintenance, and use of products and for complying with vehicle, equipment, road, trail, and competition rules that apply where you live or ride. A compatibility reference does not replace inspection of your bike or professional advice.

12. Disclaimers and limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, the site and its content are provided without warranties beyond those expressly stated. 44 Tints is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential losses arising from site use, installation, modification, misuse, or unlawful use of a product. Our total liability relating to a purchase will not exceed the amount paid for the product giving rise to the claim. These limits do not apply where prohibited by law and do not limit non-waivable consumer rights.

13. Indemnification

To the extent permitted by law, you agree to indemnify 44 Tints against third-party claims and reasonable costs caused by your unlawful use of the site, violation of these terms, infringement of another person’s rights, or misuse or unsafe installation of a product.

14. Severability and waiver

If a provision is found unenforceable, it will be limited or removed only to the extent necessary, and the remaining provisions will continue. A failure to enforce a provision is not a waiver of it.

15. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, without regard to conflict-of-law principles, except where the mandatory laws of your residence apply.

16. Changes

We may update these terms by posting a revised version on the site. Changes apply prospectively from the posted effective date unless applicable law requires otherwise.
